If the actual number falls into a different price bracket as stated on our website the price per appliance and attendance fee charges for that price bracket will automatically be applied to the invoice.

    ** While performing testing our engineers will perform minor remedials to failed equipment if possible to ensure any disruptions to the business are minimised. Any minor appliance rewires and replacement of damaged plugs will be rectified and applied to the invoice. Any more extensive repairable issues will be reported to the responsible persons of the business and repair price agreed before a repair takes place. If an appliance is unrepairable on site it will be taken out of service.
