A school’s equipment can be spread across classrooms, ICT rooms, staff areas, kitchens and storage cupboards. Agreeing the areas and equipment in scope helps the visit run smoothly and makes it easier to follow up on missing, inaccessible or failed items.
Include mains-powered classroom and office equipment, chargers, extension leads and agreed kitchen or cleaning appliances. A detachable mains lead is a separate test item. Tell us your preferred holiday, term-time or other access window so we can confirm availability. We agree reception arrangements, visitor and safeguarding procedures, restricted areas and any equipment shutdowns with your site contact before attending. Please share any required engineer checks or documentation when requesting your quote.
Receive itemised equipment descriptions, locations and inspection and test results. Agree your room, building and site names before the visit so the records are useful to your estates team. Send an approximate item count or your previous report, the site postcode and your preferred dates. Multiple buildings, academy trusts and larger campus programmes can be quoted individually. Flag workshops, industrial plugs, specialist laboratory equipment or other unusual items so the scope and any additional charges can be agreed.
