Tell us about occupied desks, meeting rooms, restricted areas and equipment that must stay running. Shutdowns and access to servers, network equipment or other critical systems must be agreed with your responsible person before testing. Share your preferred dates and working hours so we can confirm a practical schedule.
Receive itemised inspection and test records with equipment descriptions, locations and results. For larger offices, agree the floor, room or site names before the visit so your records are easier to use for follow-up work. See what our PAT reports and certificates include.
Send an approximate appliance count or your previous report, along with the postcode and access requirements. Large offices and multiple locations can be quoted individually. Let us know about microwave leakage testing, industrial plugs or unusual equipment so any additional work can be agreed before booking.
