For work spread across a county, the address list matters as much as the total number of appliances. A cluster of nearby buildings and several widely separated sites need different visit arrangements.
Provide an approximate count, opening hours and site contact for each premises. Tell us where access depends on a key holder, escort or a particular day. We will confirm the scope, availability and travel arrangements before booking.
For a Salisbury-area workplace, use our dedicated PAT Testing Salisbury page. We also welcome enquiries for Amesbury, Warminster, Trowbridge, Bradford-on-Avon, Melksham, Devizes, Chippenham, Calne and other Wiltshire locations.
Send the full postcodes when asking about northern or more distant sites, including the Swindon area, so suitability and scheduling can be confirmed. Visits are arranged from our Christchurch base as part of our regional coverage.
For sites across neighbouring areas, see Hampshire, Dorset and Somerset, or use the full coverage directory.
Separate ordinary workplace equipment from specialist or industrial items. Include office spaces, staff kitchens, cleaning equipment and other areas within the agreed scope, and clarify any split between your equipment and a tenant's.
Include the mains-powered equipment within your agreed scope and count every detachable mains lead separately. For a battery-powered laptop, count its mains power supply and any detachable mains lead. Our appliance-counting guide shows how this works.
Use the calculator below for a standard estimate, or see our current PAT testing prices. Microwave leakage tests are additional to the appliance's electrical test. Tell us about 110V or industrial/commando plugs so the extra testing and charges can be confirmed.
Use consistent site, building and room names when arranging the work. If several managers need separate records, explain that requirement before the visit. Identify unavailable equipment and keep a clear follow-up list for each premises.
Your itemised digital results, summary certification and appliance labels help you identify equipment and follow up any issues. Agree site and room names before the visit so your records are useful to the people managing the premises.
See our reports and actual AiO label for an explanation of the documents and labels. Discuss any particular asset references or reporting requirements before booking.
For a larger programme, request a tailored quote with your site list and preferred completion window. Dates and visit lengths are agreed against the actual job.

A total is useful as a starting point, but send a separate estimate and postcode for each address. Travel, access and the distribution of equipment affect the plan, so a single-site calculator estimate is not a final multi-site quote.
Send the full postcodes, approximate quantities and preferred dates. We will confirm whether the scope and scheduling are suitable for a visit from our Christchurch base before you book.
Tell us your preferred site, building and room references before the visit. We can then confirm the reporting arrangements so the people responsible for each premises can identify equipment and follow up issues.
Industrial/commando plugs and 110V equipment need their scope and additional charges confirmed. These extras are additional to the standard appliance charge, including on smaller jobs; provide the quantities and equipment details with your enquiry.

A few quick details. A clear estimate. Then we’ll help you arrange the rest.
Count each separate electrical test item, including detachable mains leads, external power supplies and powered bases.
