Whether you manage one building or several nearby premises, start with the equipment that belongs in the testing programme. Group it by room, department or address and nominate a contact who can help the engineer with access.
Tell us about busy periods, visitor-facing spaces and equipment that needs a planned shutdown. A useful visit plan covers what can be reached and disconnected, as well as the number of items.
We welcome enquiries for Salisbury, Wilton, Laverstock, Netherhampton, Grimstead and the surrounding villages. Give us the full postcode and practical arrival details, including parking, entrances and any separate buildings on the site.
Our operating base is Christchurch; we arrange visits to Salisbury in advance. For premises elsewhere in the county, use PAT Testing Wiltshire. For an estate extending across the boundary, see Hampshire or Dorset coverage.
Include desks and meeting spaces, workplace kitchens, cleaning stores and any other agreed areas. For managed properties, separate landlord or management-company equipment from items owned by occupiers.
Include the mains-powered equipment within your agreed scope and count every detachable mains lead separately. For a battery-powered laptop, count its mains power supply and any detachable mains lead. Our appliance-counting guide shows how this works.
Use the calculator below for a standard estimate, or see our current PAT testing prices. Microwave leakage tests are additional to the appliance's electrical test. Tell us about 110V or industrial/commando plugs so the extra testing and charges can be confirmed.
Let staff know which areas need to be available and agree who can approve disconnection. Tell us in advance about escorts, keys, induction requirements and rooms that are only accessible at particular times.
Any equipment that cannot be reached needs to remain identifiable for follow-up. A visit to a site does not mean every item at that address has been tested. The preparation checklist helps you reduce avoidable gaps.
Your itemised digital results, summary certification and appliance labels help you identify equipment and follow up any issues. Agree site and room names before the visit so your records are useful to the people managing the premises.
See our reports and actual AiO label for an explanation of the documents and labels. Discuss any particular asset references or reporting requirements before booking.
For several Salisbury-area premises, send AiO a site list for a tailored quote with a separate appliance estimate and contact for each address.

* Your invoice is based on the number of appliances actually tested or inspected. Standard testing is £85 for 1–49 appliances, or £40 attendance plus £0.95 for every appliance when 50 or more are tested. Microwave leakage tests, industrial/commando testing and agreed London attendance supplements are additional. All prices exclude VAT. Larger sites and multi-site work can be quoted individually before booking.
** While performing testing our engineers will perform minor remedials to failed equipment if possible to ensure any disruptions to the business are minimised. Any minor appliance rewires and replacement of damaged plugs will be rectified and applied to the invoice. Any more extensive repairable issues will be reported to the responsible persons of the business and repair price agreed before a repair takes place. If an appliance is unrepairable on site it will be taken out of service.
