A city-centre office, a school building and a hospitality venue need different access arrangements. Tell us what is in use, when rooms are available and who can authorise equipment to be switched off. We can then discuss a testing sequence that fits your premises.
AiO Pro PAT Testing is based in Christchurch. Visits to Oxford are planned in advance; we confirm the site requirements, availability and travel arrangements with you before booking.
For central Oxford premises, tell us about loading access, parking, entry restrictions and the best arrival point. A postcode alone may not identify the entrance used by contractors. Include a site contact and any induction or escort requirements.
For buildings with shared reception, separate departments or accommodation areas, agree which rooms are included and when they can be accessed. Identify equipment that must remain available so shutdowns can be discussed before the visit.
We welcome enquiries for the city centre, Headington, Cowley, Jericho, Summertown and other Oxford addresses. Send the full postcode and approximate quantity so we can confirm arrangements for your premises.
For sites elsewhere in the county, or a programme that includes several towns, use our Oxfordshire PAT testing page. Include the equipment count and access window for each address.
Count by room or department, including accessible mains-powered equipment and each detachable mains lead separately. A battery-powered laptop is not the mains test item: its mains power supply and any detachable mains lead are counted. See our appliance-counting guide for examples.
Tell us about equipment in constant use, stored items and any specialist apparatus. Identify 110V or industrial/commando plugs before quoting so additional testing requirements and charges can be agreed.
The calculator below gives a standard estimate; our current PAT testing prices explain the charging structure. Microwave leakage testing is additional to the appliance’s electrical test. For larger premises or several buildings, ask AiO for a tailored quote.
Your itemised digital results, summary certification and appliance labels help you identify equipment and follow up the findings. Before booking, see our sample report and actual AiO label, and discuss any room names or asset references you need included.

Please identify specialist equipment when you enquire. We need to confirm the scope, suitable inspection and testing arrangements, and any manufacturer or site requirements before accepting that equipment into the job.

* Your invoice is based on the number of appliances actually tested or inspected. Standard testing is £85 for 1–49 appliances, or £40 attendance plus £0.95 for every appliance when 50 or more are tested. Microwave leakage tests, industrial/commando testing and agreed London attendance supplements are additional. All prices exclude VAT. Larger sites and multi-site work can be quoted individually before booking.
** While performing testing our engineers will perform minor remedials to failed equipment if possible to ensure any disruptions to the business are minimised. Any minor appliance rewires and replacement of damaged plugs will be rectified and applied to the invoice. Any more extensive repairable issues will be reported to the responsible persons of the business and repair price agreed before a repair takes place. If an appliance is unrepairable on site it will be taken out of service.
