Start with the premises you want included and the equipment available in each area. Offices, staff kitchens, teaching rooms and hospitality spaces may need different access times. A room-by-room list helps us discuss a sensible visit sequence before you book.
AiO Pro PAT Testing is based in Christchurch. Exeter visits are arranged in advance, with travel, the size of the job and your access windows considered together. We confirm the proposed arrangements and quotation before a booking is made.
For premises in Exeter, Exmouth, Honiton or Sidmouth, include the full address and postcode. Tell us whether the work is at one building or several addresses, and give an estimated equipment count for each.
For a programme extending towards Somerset, our Taunton page explains the enquiry route there. We review each address individually when planning a wider programme; availability at one site does not automatically confirm every other location.
Identify the person who can open rooms and approve agreed shutdowns. Tell us about reception procedures, parking or loading arrangements and any equipment that cannot be disconnected during normal operating hours.
For shared buildings, agree whether tenant, contractor or visiting staff equipment is in scope. Bring stored appliances and detachable mains leads into the agreed testing areas, and let us know about items that will be away from site.
Count detachable mains leads separately. For a battery-powered laptop, include its mains power supply and any detachable mains lead; the laptop body is not the mains-powered test item. Our appliance-counting guide shows examples.
The calculator below gives a standard estimate and our current PAT testing prices explain the charges. Your Exeter visit still needs its location, access and scope confirmed. Microwave leakage tests are additional to electrical testing; identify 110V and industrial/commando equipment so any extra testing and charges can be agreed.
For a larger workplace or several addresses, ask AiO for a tailored quote with your site list and preferred dates.
Itemised digital results, summary certification and appliance labels help you identify the equipment checked and follow up the findings. Agree room names, site references and any existing asset identifiers before the visit.

* Your invoice is based on the number of appliances actually tested or inspected. Standard testing is £85 for 1–49 appliances, or £40 attendance plus £0.95 for every appliance when 50 or more are tested. Microwave leakage tests, industrial/commando testing and agreed London attendance supplements are additional. All prices exclude VAT. ** While performing testing our engineers will perform minor remedials to failed equipment if possible to ensure any disruptions to the business are minimised. Any minor appliance rewires and replacement of damaged plugs will be rectified and applied to the invoice.
