While Commercial PAT testing primarily covers portable and movable equipment, we can also conduct tests on fixed appliances in the form of FAT testing that are connected via a flex to a fused spur. For hard-wired appliance you will require a FAT testing. Fixed wire testing in the form of an EICR will be needed for the fixed electrical installation. 

We coordinate with the facilities managers to schedule access to all necessary areas, including communal spaces and tenant offices. We can organise the full working schedule with the clients to minimise stress free streamlined process.

You will receive a detailed PAT report listing every appliance tested at the site with its AIO designated appliance ID. The PAT report lists where in the building the appliance was tested, a short description of the appliance, with result of the specific tests performed on the appliance. A log of any failed items and the remedial actions taken can be provided. These documents are essential for HSE and insurance audits as a proof of testing for your applainces.

    * The invoiced number of appliances will be the number of appliances actually tested or inspected by the engineers. The actual number tested/inspected may be more or less than the quoted number either way the invoice will reflect this. If the actual number falls into a different price bracket as stated on our website the price per appliance and attendance fee charges for that price bracket will automatically be applied to the invoice.

    ** While performing testing our engineers will perform minor remedials to failed equipment if possible to ensure any disruptions to the business are minimised. Any minor appliance rewires and replacement of damaged plugs will be rectified and applied to the invoice. Any more extensive repairable issues will be reported to the responsible persons of the business and repair price agreed before a repair takes place. If an appliance is unrepairable on site it will be taken out of service.
